What is yoga teacher training?
Salute the Sun's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a dynamic yoga immersion program that blends practice, lecture, group and self-study. You’ll learn fundamental teaching formulas, yoga postures, anatomy, sequence building, history & philosophy of yoga, and more.
Who is Yoga teacher training for?
- Students who are ready to explore a different layer of their yoga/asana practice and are ready to be guided through more complicated postures and the benefits of these postures.
- Students who want to explore the possibility of teaching and guiding students successfully through asana sequences.
- Students who want to deepen their practice, seek self discovery, and authentic connection to themselves and others.

What is the cost of Yoga teacher training?
Deposit:
$600 non-refundable deposit, due by December 1, 2024.
Total cost:
$2600 total cost of training (Balance of tuition is due 4 weeks prior to the start of training.)

- Full class participation is required and successful completion of all assigned curriculum required to receive certification at the end of the program.
- If any hours need to be made up they are charged at $75 per hour.
- Once training begins no refunds will be issued.
- Minimum of 6 participants needed to hold the training.
