With a focus on small class sizes, alignment-based and intuitive sequences, we foster a deep connection to our students. We're a tight-knit community where every teacher knows your name and is highly trained to offer modifications & amplifications as needed.

Charlottesville-based Yoga Teacher Training

Whether you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher, or are simply feeling called to deepen your understanding of the practice, the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Salute the Sun provides a safe and nurturing learning environment. Over the past 8 years, Shannon Burns has been inspired by the intention to offer a comprehensive training that is as sound as it is profound. From anatomy and asana to meditation and philosophy, come explore the tools and teachings of yoga with us!
