Inclement weather policy
- In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy snow, ice, severe storms), Salute The Sun Yoga may cancel classes to ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Cancellations due to weather will typically be communicated up to two hours before class via social media and MindBody.
- If you cannot attend a class due to unsafe travel conditions, please email us prior to the class. Doing so will waive any late-cancellation or no-show penalties.
- If the studio cancels a class due to weather, that class will not count against your pass or package.
- Always prioritize your safety; if travel conditions are unsafe, you may choose not to attend even if class is not officially canceled, and we will honor your absence without penalty if you notify us via email.
Arrival for Class & Late Entry:
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive 5+ minutes before class starts. Teachers will lock the door at the class start time. Please do not knock as it disturbs class.

You may leave class early but please do not get up during savasana as it is disrupting for other students.

phones & smart watches:
We do not allow the use of cell phones in our space to allow for tranquility and peace.
Cell phones must be left with your personal belongings outside of the studio room. If you need to make a call, please step outside.
If you are on call or need to be notified if contacted by a specific number, please leave your phone at the front desk or let your teacher know.

Five Class Packs expire 3 months after purchase.
Ten Class Packs expire 4 months after purchase.

Feeling sick?
If you are feeling unwell with symptoms like a fever, cough, flu, stomach issues, or any contagious illness, you should stay home and not attend class to prevent spreading germs to other students and staff. If you are worried about losing your class credit please reach out to [email protected].
Monthly Unlimited Contract
Monthly Unlimited Client Agreement:
Your Auto-renew Membership entitles you to unlimited yoga classes at STSY for the duration of the membership period. Membership is active from the date that you sign up and submit payment via a valid credit or debit card. Each cycle lasts for one month and will automatically renew each month until your membership is cancelled or terminated after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled. You must commit to a MINIMUM of 6 months. Any changes in rates that would affect your current membership will void any previous obligation and require a new membership to be created at the new pricing structure.
Billing:
By starting your Auto-renew Membership, you authorize us to charge you for a recurring monthly fee at the rate indicated in the agreement summary (above). You acknowledge that the amount billed each month will be paid in full for the duration of your membership. You also authorize us to charge the card associated with your account for any items billed to your account for in-studio purchases and/or equipment rentals.
When you sign up and purchase your Auto-renew Membership, your first month is billed immediately. Your membership will automatically renew each month and you will be billed on the same date each month, unless that date does not fall in a given month (e.g., if you sign up on 1/31, you will be billed the following month on 2/28).
If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not update your payment method and/or cancel your membership after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you nonetheless will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and an additional late penalty fee. If we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to discontinue your access to the studio, and late charges will be applied.
Once the minimum obligation has been met per your Auto-renew Agreement, you may discontinue your membership by submitting a written request to [email protected] with at least 30 days notice. Any notice of cancellation submitted within 30 days of your billing date is subject to be charged for a final month.
Auto-renew Memberships may be paused only under emergency circumstances. If an injury occurs that prevents you from practicing yoga, a doctor's note is required in order to place your account on hold for 30 days. Limit: Two suspensions per 12 month contract period.
You will need to inform the studio when you have been medically cleared to return and must still meet your minimum commitment from the time that the agreement was paused.
If no contact has been made in 90 days from the initial pause date, the plan will automatically resume in order to fulfill the duration of your contract.
If for any other reason your Auto-renew Membership must be cancelled before the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you can opt to pay a $250 buy out fee.

This is a commitment for a year of classes at a discount. No refunds/cancellations or exceptions will be given.
Clients will receive $200 off STSY retreats; 20% off of merchandise*; 20% off of workshops.
During the first month of yearly membership, clients may bring 2 friends for free. Other exclusive offers will be given to clients throughout the year.
This may not be canceled & no refunds. Non-transferable. Student may suspend the contract for 30 days if written notice is provided due to injury or illness. No exceptions.
