Bookings must cancel at least 6 hours before the class start time or pay a penalty of $15.

Inclement weather policy
- In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy snow, ice, severe storms), Salute The Sun Yoga may cancel classes to ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Cancellations due to weather will typically be communicated up to two hours before class via social media and MindBody.
- If you cannot attend a class due to unsafe travel conditions, please email us at least 4 hours prior to the class. Doing so will waive any late-cancellation or no-show penalties.
- If the studio cancels a class due to weather, that class will not count against your pass or package.
- Always prioritize your safety; if travel conditions are unsafe, you may choose not to attend even if class is not officially canceled, and we will honor your absence without penalty if you notify us via email.
Arrival for Class & Late Entry:
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive 5+ minutes before class starts. Teachers will lock the door at the class start time. Please do not knock as it disturbs class.

You may leave class early but please do not get up during savasana as it is disrupting for other students.

phones & smart watches:
We do not allow the use of cell phones in our space to allow for tranquility and peace.
Cell phones must be left with your personal belongings outside of the studio room. If you need to make a call, please step outside.
If you are on call or need to be notified if contacted by a specific number, please leave your phone at the front desk or let your teacher know.

Class pack expirations:
Five Class Packs expire 3 months after purchase.
Ten Class Packs expire 4 months after purchase.

If you are feeling unwell with symptoms like a fever, cough, flu, stomach issues, or any contagious illness, please stay at home and do not attend class to prevent spreading germs to other students and staff.

By purchasing this Auto-Renew Membership, you agree to the following terms:
Membership TermYour Auto-Renew Membership provides unlimited yoga classes at Salute The Sun Yoga for a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. Membership begins on the date of purchase and requires a valid credit or debit card on file.
Your membership will automatically renew on a monthly billing cycle and continue until the minimum commitment has been fulfilled and proper cancellation notice has been provided.
Any changes to membership pricing will require a new membership agreement at the updated rate and will void any prior pricing obligations.
Billing & Payments
• Your first month is charged immediately upon purchase.
• Your card will be automatically charged on the same date each month thereafter.
• If your billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g., January 31), your payment will process on the last available date of that month.
• You authorize Salute The Sun Yoga to charge your card on file for monthly membership dues and any in-studio purchases or equipment rentals.
Failed payments due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise must be resolved promptly. If payment is not successfully collected, studio access may be suspended and late fees may apply.

After completing the twelve (12)-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your membership by submitting a written request to [email protected] with at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
Any cancellation request submitted within 30 days of your billing date may result in one final monthly charge.

Membership pauses are permitted only in emergency or medical situations. A doctor’s note is required to place a membership on hold due to injury. The minimum commitment will resume once you are medically cleared to return.
If no communication is received within 30 days of the pause start date, the membership will automatically resume.
